Spring in my Step

It's the first day of Spring, and here's what's on my mind:

1. Get out the spray tan bottles. Fast!

2. I really should work out more. (This tends to be on my mind through the year.)

3. Do I really need to pretend that I like doing things outside?

4. I am excited about planning the garden.

5. Bikini or no bikini this year? (See number 2 above.)

6. Let's grill! And eat on patios! And have drinks in the sunshine! (See, I get outside sometimes.)

7. How many weeks until we go to Mexico?!

8. Pedicure. Stat.

9. Must buy more short sleeve T's at Target.

10. Speaking of Target, did I really have a New Year's resolution to get rid of my credit card debt? Yeah, that's not going so well.

What's on your mind?!

Grilling is definitely the best part of this time of year!

I'm looking forward to spring and bbqs. We're working on our yard too. I can't wait to actually want to spend time outdoors. I'm sad I'll be missing out on my favorite warm weather drinks though-gin and tonics and gin fizzes!

Whats on my mind? Getting through this week and this month. A trip in early April. Getting through the summer. September is really on my mind though! If all things work well, it will be BIG change.

I like the going outside part that involves sitting in a lounge chair with a cocktail...

The upside: I want to read a book on my patio and eat ice cream.

The downside: I've got birds nesting in my gutters (already kicked them out three times) and my lawn guy is still on winter vacay. My yard is starting to look wild.

What's on my mind is how utterly rubbish I've been at reading folks blogs and writing my own recently. Oh and every thirty seconds...

Yes to grilling out, more cute things from Target, and drinks on the patio.

I love the sunshine, but loathe the outdoors.

Dilemma, for sure.

Oh. Wait. I can go sit by the window!
